Sensational singer, Davido is in the news again and this time is for allegedly hitting a fan for trying to take a photo of him. Recall that the singer was accused a few months by a young journalist on social media for slapping his chest when he tried to take a selfie with him at the airport. Davido reacted saying he was trying to hug him and that the beating was not intentional and this response prompted the young man’s mother and thousands of social media users to slam him for coming up with a ridiculous lie. However, the singer seems to be involved in another violence-related scandal as he has been accused of doing the same to another fan. In a video that has gone viral, the “Risky” singer could be seen leaving a hotel in Ibadan, Oyo State with his gang but stopped to hit the phone a fan who tried to take his photo. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, on Monday morning arraigned the immediate past Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Winnifred Oyo-Ita, before the Federal High Court Abuja, over allegation of N3bn fraud she perpetrated while in office. Oyo-Ita was sacked in September last year after about N600m was allegedly found in the bank account of her aide. Investigation by the EFCC led to the alleged discovery of N3bn in Oyo-Ita's account. The antigraft agency claims the money were illegally acquired via kickbacks on contracts, illegal estacodes and duty tour allowance she allegedly received from the government. The Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC this morning, announced the first death from Coronavirus in Nigeria. The deceased has been identifed as 67 year old former PPMC boss, Suleiman Achimugu. A family source who confirmed Achimugu's passing to some news platform, accused the NCDC of negligence in the handling of the deceased. The family source was by quoted Sahara Reporters to have said  “NCDC officials came to the house and took his blood specimen.
